York College NASA MUREP Aerospace Academy (MAA)

The NASA MUREP Aerospace Academy (MAA) at York College leverages NASA resources to build interest and skill in aerospace engineering and cybersecurity among Southeast Queens youth. The program provides peer mentoring from college students, advanced cybersecurity training, and prepares participants for science fairs and national STEM competitions. Recognized for providing critical technology skills to Queens youth, the program has expanded in 2026 to include deeper cybersecurity content.
